Education & Experience Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree from accredited program

Summary

The Executive Administrator\nprovides seamless administrative and operational support to the CEO and\nexecutive team of Thrivence, a Management Consulting firm in the Nashville\narea. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers on larger, more complex initiatives while taking ownership of smaller project work. Responsibilities:

Assist in project scope, budget development, and project design.
Supports PM providing technical leadership on conventional projects.
Designs experiments, interprets, and develops conclusions on complex data.
Serves as technical lead and design lead for a defined component, system, or process — leading the design and delivery of small to medium single-discipline projects and contributing as design lead on larger, multi-discipline projects. Writes, produces, and reviews engineering specifications, documents, drawings, and other deliverables to clients.
Accountable for developing, coordinating, and completing project documents for assigned scope, whether for an entire smaller project or a significant portion of a larger project. Participate in client meetings, as appropriate.
Conducts on-site visits to monitor progress of project(s).
Directs and mentors EITs and Designers in preparation of project plans.
Performs other duties as requested.
Monitors schedule & quality of technical team's work on projects and budget adherence.
Utilization rates align with goal.

Education & Experience Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited program. Minimum of 6 or more years of engineering experience.
Registered PE
Able to solve problems effectively while managing multiple deadlines
Applies practical knowledge acquired through progressive experience to resolve issues.
Strong working knowledge of CAD, design and calculation software, and other essential equipment for field and office work.
Keeps informed of new methods and developments affecting the organization

Ensures Quality Program implementation and execution.
Manages project financials, invoices, and changes requests from clients.
Participates in Barge project management training sessions and related group meetings.
Participates in proposal development with coordination from Barge marketing.
Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients, internal teams, officials, contractors, and others.
If applicable, may assist as an engineering technical lead on projects.

Education & Experience Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from accredited program.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant industry experience.
Minimum of 3+ years' experience managing water and/or wastewater design projects.
PE candidates are highly preferred, but PMP candidates without a PE but with the same technical skills will also be considered.
Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment

What We're Looking For:

The Structural Engineering Associate role is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career engineers eager to gain hands-on experience across all phases of project delivery from schematic design through construction administration. Working under the direct mentorship of licensed Professional Engineers, you will contribute to structural analysis, design development, construction documentation, and project coordination. This position offers a strong learning environment, exposure to diverse project types, and the chance to build foundational technical and professional skills while supporting high-quality engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

Work as a member of a structural design team to design a variety of projects including:Industrial, Commercial, Government, and Water/Wastewater projects.
Work with a team in the preparation of calculations, technical reports, design drawings, and specifications for projects of various sizes and complexity.
Support senior engineers in project planning, coordination, and delivery.
Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams including architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
Use engineering design software to prepare design documents.
Accompany Senior Engineers on site visits, field inspections, and construction observation as needed.
Performs other duties as requested

Education & Experience Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited\n university. Master’s degree preferred.
EIT Certification required
0 - 4 years experience
Experience using Autodesk Revit is a plus
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret job-related\n manuals and documents
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
Demonstrates strong attention to detail
Previous internship or co-op experience is a plus
Ability to work in a fast paced-collaborative team\n atmosphere with an established group of design professionals
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

What We're Looking For:

Barge is looking for a CEI Inspector to perform technical\nassignments including inspection of utility relocation, roadway construction and bridge construction activities;\noversight of contractor daily operations; performing materials sampling and\nverification testing; plans reading; field surveying and construction\nengineering computations. Monitor construction progress, verify work completed\nand assist with construction pay estimates and senior inspector responsibilities.

2 years of experience in construction inspection
1 year in roadway and / or bridge construction

Ideal candidate shall possess the following Qualifications/Certifications:

CTQP Concrete Field Inspector Level I
CTQP Asphalt Roadway Level I
CTQP Earthwork Construction Inspection Level I
CTQP Pile Driving Inspection
CTQP Final Estimates Level I
FDOT Intermediate MOT
Florida Stormwater, Erosion and Sediment Control Certification

(Candidates that possess some, but not all, of the above are eligible for employment consideration provided said certifications can be obtained within six months)
